Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the specific model of the cartridge you wish to return.
- 2.Receive RMA Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide a prepaid shipping label for defective goods.
- 3.Pack Securely
Place the unused or defective cartridges in their original packaging and ensure the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the shipping box.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement cartridges within 3-5 business days.
